Asphalt Zipper was founded in the early '90's
as a contractor realized
there might be great demand
for an attachment that could open utility trenches
quicker and easier than a dedicated machine.
Once contractors realized the company existed,
and that its products tremendously streamlined workflow,
leading to significantly reduced costs,
the company took off.
The product of years' worth of research,
trial and error, and input from satisfied clients,
the AZ-360 is designed for asphalt reclamation,
reducing costs for trucking, fuel and new materials,
and reducing the expense of outside contractors and equipment.

The AZ-360 turns your wheel loader
into a powerful and productive reclaimer,
doing the work of a much larger machine
at a much smaller price.
Powered by a Cummins diesel,
and featuring a 36" drum,
the AZ-360 can pulverize up to 12-inch thick asphalt
in a single pass.
The Versa-Mount universal bucket mounting system
ensures easy connection to a wide range of loaders.
The machine is designed for ease of use,
control and maintenance.
Replaceable bullet-head carbide tipped cutting teeth
ensure a high volume of production.
The AZ-360 transports on its own custom trailer
behind a 3/4 ton pickup truck.
This particular model has very low hours,
is in excellent working order,
and comes with a remote and extra teeth.
