Morbark Tub Grinder 1300 used for sale
are 43' 8"x13' 6"x11'11" (LxHxW).
Operating dimensions are
60’ 10”x11’ 11” (LxW).
The tub has a 10’ inside base diameter
with 57” deep walls that are fabricated
with 3/8” structural steel plate.
The floor consists of 1/2” thick
T-1 wear-resistant steel,
supported by 16 roller guides
carried on a 1-1/2” diameter shaft.
Hydraulics control the tub tilt
and forward/reverse RPMs..
Integrated Control System,
which monitors system conditions
and allows for adjustments to maximize performance.
The 1300's full breakaway torque limiter system
protects against shock and overload
to the engine and clutch,
without stalling the engine.
And its unique hydraulic augers
are designed to remove product
from beneath the mill and during material surges
in order to prevent clogging.
Finally, the hammermills are built
for tremendous durability.
The machine comes equipped with
heat and A/C, a loader and grapple,
a reversible fan,
and an Ingersoll-Rand mounted air compressor,
all powered by a reliable and well-maintained
750 HP CAT 3412E diesel.
This machine, manufactured in 1998,
has 7,242 hours of running time,
with regular maintenance.

and completely rebuilt the machine at 7100 hours.
The hammers were just replaced,
In January, the 2 and 4 pumps (drive and conveyor pump motors) were replaced
and the number 3 pump rebuilt.
The tub floor was replaced at the same time,
and has barely 300 hours on it.
The mill bearings were repacked only 50 hours ago.
The loader was removed because of the the type of material being processed.
However, the pieces are intact, and will be included with the sale.
Currently equipped with 1 1/2"x2" screens,
this grinder also comes with 2" hex screens, 4"x6" log screens,
plus miscellaneous parts, extra bearings, rollers, and more.
