The 1992 Sea Ray Pachanga

is a boat with a proud lineage.

C. R. Ray's brainchild,

the original SRX Pachanga

(that's “Blast” to you non-Spanish speakers),

was available from 1969 to 1971.

It was legendary for its comfort,

racy styling,

and a punchy engine

that topped out over fifty miles per hour.

After a long layoff,

the Pachanga line was brought back to active service in 1986,

and yet again –

with the introduction of a special Anniversary Edition –

in 2009.

When the Sea Ray Pachanga was reintroduced in the late 1980's,

boat lovers took notice.

At the time, reviewers at Popular Mechanics

rated it best in class

in a head-to-head comparison

with such heavyweights as the

Scarab and Donzi Z-21.
