and manufacturing attachments
for dozers, loaders,
excavators, and motor graders.
Their innovations include
the first spade-nose rock bucket,
the RF-3 Rake (with reversible/adjustable teeth),
and a variety of rock buckets, dozer blades,
stump splitters, and excavator thumbs.
Each attachment was designed
with attention to improving machine productivity.
This mobile car crusher
wasn't designed by some guy in an office.
It was designed for scrap haulers,
by an experienced scrap hauler.
It's designed to fit your wheel loader
like a glove,
and is built both for durability
and ease of use.
Now, with one machine,
you can grip and crush cars to scrap metal
in about a minute,
with a phenomenal cost-benefit ratio
that practically guarantees
a quick return on investment.

 



The crusher features a 60” Tine Length ,
the clamp opens to 53”,
its overall height is 54”,
and it weighs 5,050 pounds.
Its crushing force comes courtesy of
two fully protected large, heavy-duty,
high-pressure hydraulic cylinders.
The unit also comes equipped with
chrome-plated rods and oversize, long life pins.
In most cases, the RF Car Crusher Grapple
will mount in place of a standard bucket
using factory pins;
in some cases, specialized coupler brackets
may be required.
Piping, hydraulics and hoses
come standard,
though a three-spool valve
and boom arm piping
are required to complete the installation.
